Inner front door handles

Post by MikeY »

I found these for sale on a Facebook group. $50 a pair and $30 to ship. So about $100 Canadian. They are very nice. Great communication with the seller. Shipped quickly with DHL. And for some reason no added cost upon delivery. But I can't guarantee that again. I bought 3 sets and when they arrived I asked if he had more. And he does, they are being manufactured in Mexico. This is where he is located

Theses are the only ones I've seen with the plastic chrome strip.

These I have actually installed in my car also, they are modeled after a later Nissan.

They have survived years of my son hanging on during EXTREME cornering!

They are SOLID too, a super dense foam in there I guess.

Nice - he is waiting for more stock which he expects this week and I'm getting some shipped to me. He will give me a final quote in the next day or two. If anyone wants a set, let me know. Shipping to me is the same for up to four sets so happy to work something out to ship a pair to someone else in Canada.

Owen

I will take a picture of one on my door, such a nice upgrade and still looks correct for the car.

As promised, here are a few pictures of the upgraded arm rests in my car. I used the same mounting screws as the 510 original's.

You can see too, how cold it still is 43F., cripes I feel like it is never going to warm up. I had forgotten that my odometer had rolled over 100,000 on the chassis, what a life it has had!

They are different than original, but don't look bad at all when installed.

Hi Guys,

Im glad all of you liked the door pullers. Right now I have more in stock but started to become hard to find.

So, let me know who wants more and thanks a lot to all for the support and if something else is needed from Mexico, remain at the order.

Does anyone know what screw size (or equivilant) will work for installing these handles? I have one set and have not found any others like them at the store. Thanks.

Going from memory- but 6 x 1.0 mm thread pan head machine screw. 20mm length, maybe 25?

Just an update for this thread and the updated door pulls.

Mine have now been in service since 2011 are are still like the day I pulled them out of the box!

The passenger one gets the most work out, as it is the mainstay to hold oneself in place during G-Force activity's. It is just fine.

WOW, this is super helpful. Glad I found it. I just bought an original-owner 1969 and it needs some help! The door pulls are one of many things I need and haven't found them anywhere. I will check this source out, thanks!
