Collectible automobile photo shoot.

Post by MikeY »

Collectable automobile has put the 510 article in the Aug issue. I haven't seen a copy yet. They did send Steve Dalton a copy as his car is in the issue. They shot it and the old Victoria Nissan 2dr. No mention of my restoration but still I'm pleased to see the car in there. It was a collaboration between my work and Steve's money. Lol

I thought only the '68 Canadian 510 had the rear amber turn signals.

There might be some early 69s with the small taillights. The amber/red was "euro". Not sure where that term came from. But basically everywhere but the USA
Alos Im not sure when they hubcap change was. I'd have guessed 70/71.
I've read less accurate articles.

Morning World,

My wife gave me for Father's day today a copy of the magazine. It actually has a great article on the history of the 510 along with Mike's restoration, etc.

Here is the opening page of the article. Sure nice to see local coverage in a magazine like this. Good photos and history of some of the LARGEST Detroit boat anchors too.

Nice job Mike.
