I'm sorry Keith, you must have misread me... I was trying to say that I will be able to make it out on the 24th, but not this Wednesday, and to have a good time tomorrow without me! I can understand how you could have been easily confused, you know... with the old age and all. SHOULD I START WRITING IN CAPS LOCK SO THAT YOU CAN READ IT BETTER? YES, I DO THINK THAT THIS IS SUFFICIENT. KEITH, I'LL SEE YOU ON THE 24TH. WATERSHED AT 7PM RIGHT? CHEERIO!

That sounds good. Garvey and the others are going to Stokes. Only ass kicking will be by my son! I have enough problem dragging my sorry ass around those trails. Spencer, I will bring my light bracket to see if it fits on your frame. As we are just about into lights again, you can try my set-up...if I get my battery pack built ok.. Night riding is a blast, the trails look totally different at night.
Yes Paul, CAPITAL LOCKS

Confirmation Aug. 24th ride at the Watershed, 7:00 PM.
It is dark in the bush at 8:00 now, so you should have some sort of light, or, you can ride between us. Should be a big group on Wednesday, will be fun.

Hey Keith,

Did Matt have a chance to try out that small LED light from the bike store? Was it any good?

Is this the one: http://www.cateye.com/en/products/viewP ... subCatId=1

Dave and I are going to need lights real soon!

They would be inadequate. The LED stuff is just not bright enough to actually throw the light. Wait till it is really wet in the forest on a rainy night, it just SUCKS the light out. Like cars, more power! I was thinking of you today as I prepared my 20 Watt for my new battery pack. I do not have it yet, and not sure if he is going to have it ready by tuesday. If he did, then, I could lend you my existing system. But, you would need one of the carry bags to attach to your frame for the battery, and we could bar mount the light. I still have the bar mounts so it would be easy. You would have that 35 watt'r. so, if you can jury rig something to attach to the frame to carry the battery, 6" x 4" x 2 1/2", we can set you up for this week. Or, you can just ride in between us like last week.
