What lump of metal did you use for that first one? EN40B? HTSR 4140? Cold rolled? Hot rolled?

Almost embarrassed to say one of those projects where the cost run away. But, as with these things, most of the money is in making the first, the others will just be a case of loading the material and pressing play. If serious, DM me, but it'll be a few K and I'm in the UK so 20% to the unelected unless I can find a way around that as it'll be an export. Let me look into it.

I have been told drilling needs to be done before the nitriding, as it can't be drilled after. But can be easily drawn in cad for 5 or 6 bolt.
