They are now R200 ready so no mods needed to fit, still ok for 160/180.
Minor tolerance correction.
The 4140 adjuster bolts.
3.5" or 4" exhaust opening.
this will be poss the second to last upgrade on the std X member if at all. Which will remain in production.

next year we move on to our full fabed X member to take short nose 180/200 diffs. these are easy to obtain in VLSD or mechanical and cheap to obtain.
modded arms to take inner & outer CV shafts with R32/33 rear bearing carriers. will take the S13/14/15/R32/33 rear brake assy depending on version will also be available. easy 5 stud conversion this way.

No probs, is not that what the 510 community is about.
I have learnt a few things from this forum & borowed a few ideas

Not withstanding the above, I do admit to keeping a few things close to the chest.

I was talking to Gwan about this spherical bearing steel spacer conversion, he said he had made solid aluminum bushings in his ITC car and that it was NOISY, to the extent that he had to take them out. Will the experience be similar with the spherical bushing and steel spacers?

I'll asume his solid spacers were noisy because they my have rattled in the bore. I had aluminum bushings on my sway bar and had the same issue - they are gone now. This is not an issue with the com10 set up. I don't hear anything out of mine, in any situation. It's bolted up tight.

defdes: you should expect a noise increase still, but it shouldn't be too horrible ;)

After you're running stiff springs, stiff shocks, and low profile tires with real grip coupled with an ITB manifold, big free-flowing exhaust and a spartan (if any) interior - a little road noise is suddenly inconsequential. I have all the above (including no interior) but my car is not a boulevard cruiser.

I got into a discussion on the bb list about loud cars, rough suspension, stripped interiors, etc. and I have to say that alot of the guys on there are total wusses. I guess you northern folk are all just more manly than alot of the guys down here.
