Here is my solution for putting a 69 rear bumper with licence plate light in the top location ...on a 72 with licence lights on rear taillight panel. I cut 2 pieces of metal, one which fits the rectangular hole in the bumper and a backer plate spot welded together. I got it chromed then used the factory holes in the bumper to attach it.
