Anybody know how to program a mega squirt?

I will be getting a custom mega squirt with a VG engine I'm in the process of aquiring (more later) Does anyone have experience progamming a custom Mega squirt? Thanks

all you gotta do is just...

saying you are getting a custom MS system is vague; for starters, how do you plant to trigger the MS box, and what ignition system do yo plan to run?
