I have a friend that has a 1977 620 truck with an L20b motor that has a nasty knock on the #3 cylinder , being the good friend that I am I offered to help him fix it .
I have a few questions:
what is the stock bore on the l20b?
I have a set of AE pistons that are for a datsun (see pic) will these work on the L20b?
are they 1mm over?
if they are 1mm over what compression ratio will he achieve?
will it be streetable? bu that I mean will I have to use racing fuel, what octaine is recommended?

Re: L20b questions
The L20B has a stock bore of 85mm sorry. Those might be L16 pistons.
A 1mm bore increase on the stock L20B will only raise the compression from 8.4 to 8.54 to 1
