Re: Post a pic of your Dime.
New to me 72 4 door! Kid approved!
Re: Post a pic of your Dime.
These are the 510’s I own,
My first bought in 79, what a feeling it was only 7 years old then and everything worked great.
The 70 2 door, bought from an old lady in the country. The car was in a barn in 84 when I first saw it. I always stoped to talk to her hear and there an would tell her I wanted the car if she ever wanted to sell it. 20 years later or so she called me to ask if I still wanted it and so now I’ve had it had it for about 18 years.
The 72 that was took apart 20 something years ago. I bought this one in Biloxi, MS back in the early 90’s.
And the 72 Goon bought in Algiers on the West Bank of New Orleans.
And the war wagon I got from a fella in McComb, MS who knew I liked these great cars. This Goon has been through a lot.
Dat’s Dem.

Thanks I’ve been driving a 510 mostly through the whole 80’s and 90’s till I started having seizures but after 3 or 4 years of the seizures they finally got on some meds that have worked so far since 05. I had a couple of Crown Vic’s that spoiled me, like driving a living room down the interstate. But those are gone and I have a Camry I drive to work. But in the last 10 or so years I’ve been getting my 510 up and going. I just sold a 65 Formula S Cuda so now I have some room in the garage next to sell the other Cuda in time an make more room.

Pictures taken exactly 10 weeks ago, and pictures taken today just before bringing it home. Now the fun part begins, with the deadline being Byron's 510 day BBQ. Keith, you joked that until I did the body you were going to keep calling it Matt's car. I hope that this meets with your approval.

WOW..looks good.
We will now then officially pass the baton that the car is now YOURS...Jason's car....
Sorry Matt, you are now relegated to our history archives.....
I can still see you on my bumper on the climb out of the Pemberton Valley......

Nice work Jason, now the fun part can happen. Hope the rear floor mat will look nice with all that fresh paint?
Re: Post a pic of your Dime.
Thanks guys! Derek, you are up next for a trip to the paint booth, and I agree with your sentiment about the colour. And Greg, the race is on to getting these things back on the road for the 2020 driving season.
