New Member - 2 Door SR20 Build

Post by SC510 »

Hi everyone! My name is Dan.

I live in Southern California and I have had my current 510 2 door for about 6 years. It has been a slow build but I am starting to get the motivation and time to finally get this thing finished and hopefully make it a daily driver.

I had two 510's when I was 16 year old but had to sell them when I went off to school... still regret that to this day!

The current build is 2 door with a S13 SR20DET motor swap.

I look forward to sharing my build and learning from this community!!

Me and Frank installed that engine in 2012. I wondered what ever happened to that car.

Icehouse, thank you for the link! Seeing these pictures really helps me better understand the origins of my 510!!

I bought the car in Washington but it seemed like it changed hands a few times after you did the motor swap in 2012. I could tell the motor swap was done at the highest level 👏

The rack and pinion power steering you built is very unique and works great!
