Here's the new place......lots of work to do, I have been really busy with cleaning up the place and getting it back into shape, it had been neglected for the last 5 or so years.....lot's of maintenance to do. I had a landscaper come and take care of the pool area and around the house. I can't wait to start on the barn.

Well, my little 880 square foot shack built as a vacation home with single wall redwood boards as walls, looking at $620,000 right now, we're on 3/4 acre! Your place would easily be $2,000,000 here in the Santa Cruz Mountains!

You need a "RRR Ranch" sign for the barn!!!

Awesome looking place Rich! That would tick an awful lot of boxes for me. I second the comments on value- that’s a ton of bang for your buck

Thank you! yes, its a lot of bang for the buck for sure. Yes, the barn is an actual horse barn with horse stalls still in it, so I'll need to pour some concrete too, but that's ok, I can make sure it's thick enough for a lift anyway. I'll gut out the stalls and walls, re-frame it and insulate, drywall, electrical, all the normal stuff. It'll be a while but I'l get it done.

These updates helped me connect the dots. I saw your 510 Caravan in southern Illinois near Marion on I-57 on July 10th. My daughter was driving as we were headed to Carbondale. I saw a familiar profile up ahead that looked like a 510 wagon. Sure enough, it was as we got closer. I was so busy looking at the wagon, then one of my kids said "there's another one in front of it", which of course was your red coupe on another trailer. Made my day to see the 510s, even if they weren't driving under their own power.

Glad to hear you made it safely and are getting settled. I love the place you found.

Yeah, after I posted the sighting to the Bluebird Google list, Carter replied with your moving story. My daughter did not slow down much, so I only got 1 blurry shot of the wagon front end. Totally blew it.

Anyway, good luck on the house and shop projects.
