Some more updates... I couldn't figure out why the plunger for my brake master cylinder did not align with the mounting hole on my brake pedal. Apparently these moved a bit for different years. Do the water lines for the heater go through the same bulkhead fitting as the AC lines? I could only source racing tires in 205 (I think it was Toyo R888) and I wanted something more road friendly. I may get two sets of wheels so I have track and road tires and if I do that, will definitely go 205.

I compared Vintage and Classic and ended up going Classic. Kit seemed more complete and reviews are very good (although that is likely true for both). Some details in my build thread...

What's the VIN? Would be interested to compare as mine is built 7/69 and has some 69 characteristics but was sold as a 1970 and did not have the 69 dash. Hard to know what marker lights it had as all panels have been replaced.
