Re: "Hey" my daily driven race car!
Good progress....following the results Don can mod the steering knuckles for you...he did mine and as well raised the LCA pivot up a little more than an inch. My race car is in the trailer hibernating right now, if I can get it into the shop soon I'll snap some pics. Need to start prepping for the s...

Re: "Hey" my daily driven race car!
going that low you will need to have Don modify a front crossmember for you....moving the LCA inner pivot up so that its closer to parallel or even pointing down. Currently as it goes through compression you have positive camber gain. He also provides a nice solution for the t/c rod which moves it u...

Re: 72 4dr is getting venerable VG power
Thanks for the prompt. Been spending more time doing work than updating. The project is back on all fours. I was working on building the exhaust, but that has been delayed because my 2 into 1 collector isn't showing up till the 2nd week in January...so its on to other items...lots of other little st...

VG swap air intake options
Got the VG30 mounted and in the 510. I have been working on plumbing, exhaust, wiring, etc. One of the items that I'm not sure of or undecided upon is the configuration of the air intake, filter, and MAF prior to the throttle body. I would like to use the stock MAF which has a OD of 3 1/8" on b...

Re: Subaru STi R180 Option from FutoFab
Thanks Dave this is great info. Wanted to add a little about the clutch style diff. I am using the STi R180 in my Vintage track car. After/during initial installation I noted how easily the axles seemed to break loose from one another. The performance of the car suffered during the weekend at the tr...

Re: 72 4dr is getting venerable VG power
Thanks Dave, Certainly the parts car deal we struck went a long way to helping me formulate the current plan for both 4dr cars. Not to mention the VG parts that you had been hanging on to that got this project off the ground. Of course your advice as well as advice from the Realm group was much appr...
