I tried to upload some pics tonight and this came up

Does this mean the quota limit needs to be increased or is there something wrong on my end ?

I got the same message this morning, on my G35 post, when I tried to upload a picture.

I also got this message.
I had to host the photos at Photobucket and do the embed thing. It worked
