Glad to hear your cousin is well again.
I shall look forward to progress on the coupe once you're at a stage to start working on it again.

So, a big change in my Datsun life is coming so the coupe project and the tan wagon project are probably going to be going up for sale sometime in the near future, if there is someone out there really interested just let me know via Private Message, I have a lot of parts for these cars and will put together some kind of list or inventory as soon as I can. It's not going to be a "Fire Sale" I don't have to sell them, but will for the right price and we all know they are expensive now now in just about any condition. My coupe is still just a shell that's been blasted and sprayed with etch primer. Anyway, that's it for now.

....I'm not going to get into "what's going on" right now, but I'm not going anywhere, anytime soon! I'm doing fine and will start getting more active here in the near future I hope!

Oh yea! everything is awesome right now! I have something in the works now, more to come later. I got a whole lot of catching this tread up to date!! Just have to sit down and load pics and make more posts. I've let myself get so sidetracked that I almost lost touch with the Datsun world.

by the way, your coupe looks awesome!!

Yes it is! should be here first week of the new year I hope. It's hard to believe I actually will be getting it back! I'm excited and happy at the same time! Many thanks to Daniel for giving me the opportunity to buy it. More to come......

The bird has landed! I drove about 5 hours each way to pick it up two days ago, got it home safe and I gotta say, it looks just like the day I watched it leave me about 11 years ago. It's so cool to have it back now, to say I'm happy is an understatement. There have been only a few minor changes which are all pretty nice. I have a list of things to get done, basic maintenance items and servicing but mostly just going to enjoy it for now, maybe later I'll look into new mods.

Been working on a few things since I have it back. Installed a coolant catch can. Just got a cheap Chinese one off Amazon, looks ok. It’ll do the job.

So, I wanted to do some updating and found that it's not that easy to resize pictures now, not sure why, maybe I forgot how i used to add them. oh well, I'll figure it out.

I use reduceimages.com - the free version is quick but only one image at a time. I set the quality percentage at 60% and that seems to get the files small enough for the Realm. You can subscribe for additional features, but I haven't bothered as posting on the Realm is the only reason I need it right now.

Thank you, I'll look into that.

Right click on the image file, select "edit", there is a resize function where you can select the pixel count.

Is that on Mac or Windows? Doesn't work for me on Windows in File Explorer...
