+1 on the vapour blasting! And I assume no nasty blasting media hiding in any crevices?

The car is back from paint and it is now time to put it back together. We reorganized some of the parts and cleared space in the shop to work on the car.

I am also looking for the rebuild kit for a Nabco 3/4 master cylinder. If anyone can point me in the right direction that would be great.

https://www.vaporblastcanada.com/ Vapour Blasting is in Chilliwack.
The Guy does it part time so sometimes you have to wait for him to respond. He has got my parts done in a couple days. Price seems pretty reasonable.

Re: Five-Hundred and Ten
The last few days we have been installing trunk and door seals.
Windows are back in the doors with new felt guides. New inner and outer squeegees.
Installing new vinyl behind the back seat.
Starting to install a few of the lights also.

Got a good set of lenses for the taillights.
We also got the new, made by Jared headliner installed.
Next will be to install the front and back windshields.

Re: Five-Hundred and Ten
After doing lots of research and watching what videos we could find on YouTube we attempted to install the front and back glass. We were unsuccessful after having the front windshield in and out 5 times and the rear one twice before they broke. In the end I think the new rubbers we are using are thicker than the old ones. The rubber seems to be 3/16" thick around the edge of the glass. Before the rubber is installed the glass should be set in the frame and checked to see that there is an equal 1/4" space around the edge of the glass. We will also get some experienced help. If any one reading this has a line on front and rear glass please message me.
Not to be discouraged we moved on. We installed the rear cross member and diff.
Installed an engine block with the 5 speed transmission to check the length that the drive shaft will need to be shortened. I have read 4-7/8" shorter. This seems to be correct. Can anyone confirm this?
More interior work.
New Vinyl on the wheelhouse.
Jared also installed the rear seat to see how it looked. He also installed some of the trim around the bottom of the doors.

Re: Five-Hundred and Ten
I installed the original decals back on the rad support/hood latch area.
We also installed the chrome gutter trims. Was glad this went well as it seems like one of those jobs that could end in disaster.
Put a fender on with the mirror and propped up a couple wheels to get an idea of the finished product. Keeps you motivated.
I think the green and black looks good.
