I've installed a pair of motorcycle 5.75 inch headlights as well. They are surprisingly a good fit. Like you noted, a few changes to the headlight buckets is needed, but nothing too severe. It is nice to combine low beam and high beam into one unit. I plan on installing a pair of yellow fogs in the inner headlight buckets. Amazon has a decent looking pair made by "Octane".

Very good. I’ve bought another set to put in, I’ll have em all wired the same so four lights on low beams, four lights high beam. Hopefully four sets of lows isn’t too bright for everyone else. If so (edit: if it is too bright), I’ll wire them standard and inners will be high only and outers being low/high.

Amazon sent me the wrong coloured lights, so now I’m installing black backed lights and I think I prefer them!

To do: brake lines, elec rad fan, turn signal relay, mount horns, build choke system, revise throttle system, troubleshoot water temp gauge, heater hose valve, seal floor, sound deadening, reverse switch, fender indicators. And my partner is 41 weeks pregnant tomorrow!

Mount that fuel filter somewhere...you don't want that bouncing around.
Congrats on the little one on the way!!

Took her for a spin today. Had some full on spits and pops coming out of the carburettors. Good test.
