The demand for lithium also would increase which batteries prices going higher as well.

So many things are contributing to the cost of EVERYTHING!

Fuel this morning in White Rock hit 2.15/litre, or $9.77 Imp gallon. People here really vocalizing the impact of their daily commute cost now. Diesel is only a few cents below gasoline.

As I do a lot of our food shopping I can't believe how things have gone up and stock is so variable right now on some things.

If you do the conversion to CAD, our 100 octane fuel is $3 per L or more now.

The peak gas price I paid in Vancouver a few days ago was $2.10, but yesterday when it was "back down to only $1.95/liter"?!? (facepalm), I decided to finish filling the tank...

Today in White Rock, Chevron hit 2.23 for regular and 2.32 for 94 octane

44 litres x 2.32 = $102 to fill a 510...yikes.

For me, if an out of town fill up, with 94 and my octane booster, it would be about 150.00 for a tank.

Just came back from Lordco, Regular gas is 2.34 today, so if my Honda was dead empty.....184 bucks!!! Holy Crud!

Chevron 94 is 2.52, so about 110 bucks to fill a 510.

About $4/gal here in CO.
Really, not bad still. Just high enough to encourage folks to combine trips and be mindful of their consumption (aka pollution).

At $2.34 Cad per litre for regular fuel that works out to $6.89US/gal using an online calculator that I found.

$2.52 for 94 Octane would work out to $7.42US/gal.
The company motto seems to be "We're not happy 'till you're not happy."
