When I took it apart, I disconnected the 10mm nut from the motor, pulled out the motor then the wiper assembly in one piece to clean and lube. The wheel boxes were rusted to the shafts so those were taken apart to be lubed and reassembled. I took the motor apart and lubed everything, the “park” mode is likely not in the correct spot, but I don’t think that’s the issue that I'm having. Upon pulling the motor, I marked the position/direction of the flat shaft on the wiper motor for reassembly to try to avoid problems.
Site will not let me post pics from my iPhone stating they are “too large” even with the smallest setting on my camera.
The short arm of the linkage on the DS comes into contact with the “bump in” in the engine bay (where the fuse box would be on passenger side) as the arm on the back of the motor gets past its “6:30” position.
I have put the connector arm on the back of wiper motor in various orientations with the same result. Any tips?

Here’s what happens when it motor linkage arm reaches the lower end of its stroke.

I think you got it in 180. Like that link should go to the other side.

Re: Wiper Linkage Jamming to Body
You meant the link from the motor that connects to the wiper assembly? I set up the wiper assembly at their resting point and then I have connected the link at the 9, 12, 3 and 6 o’clock positions. I’ll give it another pass and see. It’s got to something stupid.
