Installing headliner without rear pillar interior vents -- issues?

have a friend about to install a headliner in his dime and he has no interior pillar vents - its being custom made in alacantra

now if he has the headliner made and doesnt use anything will this cause any issues? the exterior vents are in place--

What kind of problems are you considering, airflow? There's always the vent windows if nice weather. If they are to be added later, that doesn't pose a problem. I cut the holes and installed mine after the headliner was in place.

When I made my headliner, I just didn't have the heart to cut the pillars for the vents. It's been 2 years & no issues so far.
