He doesn't normally make KA turbo manifolds. This one was made a while ago for someone with a KA 240SX and uses a Greddy flange which isn't readily available for the KA. I guess I am going to use one of the TSR custom intake manifolds. You would need to talk to Mario regarding manifold or W/P pulley.

, t25 generaly is too small , t28 is ideal for low to mid rpm boost (s15 turbo) quick spooling. the t3/to4e hybrids depending on trim sizes can be very nice. http://www.ka-t.org have plenty of information on different set ups. most people like to stick with the t3\t4 set ups but theres a couple running t28's , with sum crazy trim .

Have some updates. Just got the tires mounted on my new wheels. Just have to finish getting the rear suspension back together, exhaust and a few other things together.

They are 18". I will let you know the offset and width after I make sure the rears fit. They were a pain to get to fit being that the 3 piece only come in 18" and larger and 5 lug. Hopefully we can get the rear finished in the near future.

Finally an update. I was wondering how we were going to adapt the 5 lug wheels to the car. Was really not to fond of redrilling the stock stub axles. Mario at TSR came up with a great idea like always and has been working on it for the last couple of months. He came up with a 4340 Chrome Moly 5 lug stub axle and adapter for Porsche 930 CV's to work with the R200's he recommends. These stub axles are also 31 spline instead of the stock 510 25 spline or Z car 27 spline. Not the cheapest but well worth the peace of mind. He would rather be safe than sorry and not find the weak link with all the additional power that his turbo cars make. Now that we have the axles figured out it is time for Mario to finish the tubing and cutting to fit the 18 X 8.5 wheels with 245/35/18 Yokohamas in the rear without flares. Hopefully we can get it together within the next couple of months.

Wow, those look nice. Wish I had known that he was working on a setup like that before going to the effort I have taken to fit some Z31 axles under my car. He really needs to get a website up & running, but I guess he'd rather just focus on the individual customer rather than the masses, which is an ok philosophy to have. Guess I'll just have to move back to the Bay Area.

Mario doesn't like to post items for sale before he has the logistics worked out. These have been in the works for about 4-5 months. They kept getting delayed but they are here now and I am happy that soon I might actually be able to get the car on the ground again.

Dude, I've never seen Mario post anything for sale.....just about every car with his parts on it are from CA and he seems pretty reserved with who gets to buy his stuff.

I emailed him 2 years ago to see if he wanted to do my SR conversion and suspension on my car and never got a reply back. I tried calling etc.....nothing. So I spent my 30k else where. oh well....

By the way....nice project.
